You can get information about your orders and know exactly what each one's progress is:
IF THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED and therefore has a status of New or In Process we can cancel or modify your order. You must contact our customer service. Access the order history and click on DETAILS of the order you want to cancel. Send us a message using the "Add a message" box at the bottom of the order summary. Remember that changing an order involves a delay of 24/48 hours in shipping procedures.
You have two weeks to return the products you purchased on the Zancan Store.
You can return a product by following this simple procedure:
Find the order that contains the product you want to return and click on "Details"
Check the code of the product you want to return and please leave a message to explain why you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Click on the "Generate your return voucher" button. Within 24 hours your return request will be processed and you can download and print the return voucher
Put the return voucher in the package and send it to the address on the voucher.
From the page "MY MERCHANDISE RETURNS" you can follow the progress of the return and refund procedure.
Our customer service processes returns in about 15 days from the arrival of the products in our warehouse. Reimbursement times on a credit card or by bank transfer depend directly on banks, which generally take about 2/3 working days for credit.
An informative e-mail is sent as soon as the return is processed and the reimbursement is made.
